Return & Refund Policy

At Lura Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@lurabrands.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
